Daniel B. Peña Memorial Foundation

The Daniel B. Peña Memorial Institute stands as one of the few pioneering educational institutions in the province of Albay. Founded in 1949, it was dedicated to the memory of a worthy husband who died during the Japanese time in 1942, by a faithful wife and benefactor Mrs. Concepcion Rios Peña.
